Cosori TurboBlaze vs Dual Blaze: What Actually Differs
They are two different machines, and the difference is not size. It is how the heat reaches the food, which decides whether you have to get up and shake the basket halfway through.
The Dual Blaze has two heating elements so you do not shake the basket. The TurboBlaze has one element, five fan speeds, and a published PFAS-free ceramic coating.

The one difference that matters
The Dual Blaze has two heating elements, one above and one below. Cosori states that this cooks both sides evenly without needing to shake or flip the food.
The TurboBlaze has a single element with five fan speeds. It is the model Cosori pairs with a 90° to 450°F range and 1725W, per its own listing.
So the real question is not which is bigger. It is whether you want to stop mid-cook and shake a basket while three other things are happening.

Which one is actually for you
Take the Dual Blaze if the shaking is the problem. If dinner goes wrong because nobody remembers to shake the basket at minute seven, a machine that removes that step is worth more than 0.8 of a quart.
Take the TurboBlaze if the coating question is the problem. It is the model where Cosori publishes a PFAS-free ceramic claim and a specific model number to check it against. We could not find an equivalent published coating statement for the Dual Blaze.
What we could not settle
Cosori does not publish wattage, temperature range or coating composition for the Dual Blaze on the pages we read, and we are not going to guess at them from a retail listing. If those three things decide your purchase, the Dual Blaze is currently the harder machine to verify, and that is itself useful to know before you order.
We have not cooked on either unit. If you want the model whose documentation we could verify end to end, that is the TurboBlaze 6-Quart, CAF-DC601-KUS.
