Cosori TurboBlaze vs Dual Basket Air Fryers
This trips up a lot of people, and it costs real money when it does.
The Cosori Dual Blaze is not a dual basket air fryer. It has one basket and two heating elements. If you need two foods at two temperatures, neither Cosori model is what you want.

The naming trap
Cosori’s Dual Blaze is a single basket machine. The word “dual” refers to its two heating elements, one above and one below, which is why Cosori says you do not have to shake or flip the food.
A dual basket air fryer is a different thing entirely: two separate compartments, so you can cook two foods at two temperatures and have them finish together.
If you bought a Dual Blaze expecting two baskets, you bought the wrong machine, and the box did not lie to you. The name is just doing something other than what you assumed.

How to choose without overthinking it
If the problem is that dinner is two things. Nuggets at one temperature and vegetables at another, and one of them always goes cold waiting. That is a genuine dual basket problem, and a single basket machine will not fix it no matter what it is called. The Ninja Foodi DZ550 DualZone is a true two-basket machine.
If the problem is that you forget to shake the basket. That is a heating problem, not a capacity problem, and it is what the Dual Blaze name is actually about.
If the problem is what the coating is made of. The TurboBlaze 6-Quart is the one where Cosori publishes a PFAS-free ceramic claim against a specific model number, CAF-DC601-KUS, that you can check on the sticker under the unit.

Capacity numbers for two-basket machines are also usually the combined total, so a 10-quart dual basket is not two 10-quart baskets.
